Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

We offer standard shipping within the USA. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Rushed Shipping

If you require rushed shipping, please contact us at 93tothesun@gmail.com before placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request and provide you with expedited shipping options and costs.

4. Shipping Locations

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

5. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

6. Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you realize that you have entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately at 93tothesun@gmail.com.

7. Damages

'93tothesun' is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order in a damaged condition, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
